Our standard hose range uses 3, 4 or 5 ply fabric (depending on diameter) construction with a minimum wall thickness of 4.5mm. According to the conditions of use and the specific requirements of customers, other construction schemes can be provided. Our materials and specifications have been carefully selected to provide an easy-to-install, best-performing hose.
Production and Technology Options
- Part marking, including customer specific markings, part numbers and traceability options.
- High temperature reflector sleeves to provide protection in specific vulnerable areas, such as near the turbine or exhaust system.
- Wear sleeves. This provides protection when the hose may come into contact with moving or vibrating parts.

Custom Design and Custom Hoses
Hiwowsport has “in-house” tool making capabilities. This allows us to offer a wide product selection ranging from simple elbow hoses to complex shaped, bellows and large vent hoses. We also provide design services for non-standard applications, providing complete technical and 3D drawings for approval and future reference.
Test
Our purpose-built factory is equipped with extensive testing equipment that enables Hiwowsport to monitor, maintain, and supply materials and products to unique and demanding specifications for our customers and ourselves.
All products we use in the hose manufacturing process have customer certifications. We conduct our own internal testing to verify batch-to-batch consistency.
Additionally, Hiwowsport is capable of product testing. Our factory has facilities for burst pressure testing, thermal aging, vibration and bending testing, and pressure cycling testing. We also test the effect of coolant on silicone and other hose materials.
