Extreme Stainless Steel Heat Shield reduces radiant heat from the exhaust by 70. The outer armor of this exhaust heat shield makes it washable after installation, extending its life and making the Extreme Stainless Steel Heat Shield resistant to harsh weather. The inner ceramic lining enables it to withstand 980°C continuously, which allows this heat shield to be placed directly on joints, turbo manifolds, down pipes and exhaust pipes. Flexible, easy to cut and install. It retains heat in the exhaust system, creating a scavenging effect that allows exhaust gases to flow out of the system faster. It also prevents radiant heat from entering the cockpit, preventing radiant heat damage to other vehicle components. It is ideal for use on race, rally and fast road cars.
